No visions comprehend Him, while He comprehends all visions, He is the Knower of the innermost feeling of the soul, the Well-Acquainted.
This verse teaches that no mankind sees the Lord of the universe with their eyes in this world. But one who testifies the Insight Adhikr can see Lord by his soul. That is why Adhikr is called the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul. It is told in verse 36: 11: "Indeed, you will only warn the one who follows Adhikr and who fears the Impartial Lord unseeingly". Such a believer will see the Lord pleasantly by his soul at the time of death as told in verses 75: 22-23. The forerunner believers who have judged in their individual, family, and social life with Adhikr will sit on the seats of Truth near the Almighty King Lord as told in verses 54: 54-55.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar have made their food 'rejecting Adhikr' as explained in verse 7: 26. It is the same whether the Fujjar are warned or not, they will never become believers as told in verse 36: 10. At the time of death, they will see Satan gloomily as told in verse 75: 24. Verses 2: 254; 6: 93-94; 63: 10-11 and 75: 25-35 warn about the death scene of the wrongdoing Fujjar. On the Day of Judgment, there will be a veil between the Lord and the Fujjar, so that they will never see Him forever as told in verse 83: 15. Verses 3: 16 and 67: 14 also end as “He is the knower of the innermost feeling of the soul and is Well-Acquainted”. See explanation 2: 255; 6: 130; 7: 37, and 17: 17.
